At Masterminds Tuition we devise a customized learning plan for each student. This entails important dates such as exam & mock dates. It also includes the planned content to be covered in a set time, this helps us and the student to be prepared in time for mocks and exams. One of our main areas of focus is on exam technique and past paper practice. We cover content quickly and begin past paper practice very early on as this is the key to achieveing well in exams.

Applying to University or College/Sixth-Form can be a tough process. That is why at Masterminds Tuition we assist students with the UCAS process as well as providing support for writing the best possible personal statements for univeristy. Students can receive advice for courses at universities and which universities to apply for. We also cater for younger students taking Maths and English entrance exams to help them get into the most presigious schools possible.

At Masterminds Tuition we recognise different students require different approaches to learning and we have unique schemes of teaching depending on the student. One of our methods of teaching is through PBL (Problem Based Learning) which students learn about a subject through the experience of solving an open-ended problem. Students learn both thinking strategies and domain knowledge. Another method of teaching which has proven effective is thorugh Theory Based Learning, in which content of the subject is presented through notes and lectures.
